Oh, No...O'Charley's
I had really made progress in changing my attitude toward food. Then in a lobotomized moment in O'Charley's, I ordered a day's worth of calories and became totally oblivious to the fact that I have learned that this is not a good idea. Nevertheless, I ate the food! I enjoyed eating the food! Were babyback ribs really worth it?
Not anymore! I am resolved to have a flatter tummy, a smaller waist, and to be able to finally shop at the front of the clothing store.
I have discovered many tasty snacks and have been able to control my portion size. Ten pounds have already relenquished their grip on my body and I am not finished with banishing the blubber from my mid-section yet!
Will Power is in my diet life...and I hope he can forgive me for falling off the wagon and into the corner booth of the local O'Charley's resturant.

Abandonment Issues
Of all the men I’ve wanted in my life, Will Power is the one that has eluded me the most. Will Power is a player, hanging around while everything is going well. Then at the first sign of trouble, he bolts, leaving me helpless to resist my urges. He can’t even spend the holidays with me; in fact, he flies to his summer villa in Maui during the winter and never invites me to come along. So, there I am-left in the cold with soft, over-sized winter clothing to keep me warm-the kind that understands, that stretches and expands with my mood. Those clothes pretend to be my BFF, yet as the sun begins to shine more and the mercury rises, my best friend forever has gone astray. In an instant, spring has given way to summer and I am left looking like a bratwurst in a bra and panties. Yes, Will Power has eluded me, left me bulging and bitching because the clothes in my closet are either too tight or makes me look like I am nine-months pregnant!
